Four-column hydraulic presses are widely used in fields such as metal forming, powder product pressing, plastic and composite material molding, straightening and press-fitting, and the processing of large-scale components.

In the field of metal forming, these presses are employed for processes including sheet metal stamping, deep drawing, cold (or hot) extrusion, bending, flanging, and indentation. In automotive manufacturing, they are used to form parts such as body panels, chassis components, and axle housings; in the aerospace industry, they are utilized for tasks like stretching aircraft fuselage skins and precision forming engine blades.

In powder metallurgy, four-column hydraulic presses are used to press-form products such as gears, bearings, synthetic diamonds, and refractory bricks. Regarding plastics and composite materials, they facilitate processes like injection molding, compression molding, and blow molding, as well as composite material molding and the shaping of crucibles and saggers.

The equipment is also used for straightening and press-fitting operations on shaft and sleeve components. In the processing of large-scale components, it is applied to the bending and forming of ship hull plates in shipbuilding, as well as in new energy sectors such as wind and nuclear power. Additionally, it finds extensive application in industries producing stainless steel goods, aluminum products, home appliances, and small hardware.

Modern four-column hydraulic presses feature highly flexible mold-changing and adjustment capabilities, allowing them to rapidly adapt to production requirements for various specifications and materials, thereby meeting the needs of customized manufacturing.
