The company's workshop is equipped with precision cutting equipment such as CNC flame plasma cutting machines, metal band sawing machines, and CNC shearing machines, which enable high-precision cutting and processing of various thick steel plates and profiles. It is also equipped with automated welding equipment such as CO2 welding and submerged arc automatic welding, ensuring that the equipment frames, tool holders, and box structures are welded tightly and firmly, resulting in a strong overall rigidity and resistance to deformation.

We possess a comprehensive range of precision machining equipment, including CNC lathes, milling machines, boring machines, grinding machines, and radial drilling machines. We perform meticulous processing on core components such as cylinder barrels, piston rods, shear blades, pin shafts, and valve seats, rigorously controlling the precision of our parts and effectively eliminating common issues like equipment oil leaks, jamming, and rapid wear.

The company is equipped with dedicated hydraulic pipe bending and reducing equipment, as well as a comprehensive hydraulic pressure testing platform. All hydraulic cylinders, valve groups, and pipelines undergo high-pressure pressure-tight testing to ensure stable high-pressure operation of the equipment, without pressure relief or oil leakage.

The workshop is equipped with crane lifting equipment and professional assembly and testing tools. Each piece of equipment undergoes rigorous no-load debugging, load pressure testing, and performance testing before leaving the factory, ensuring that the outgoing products meet performance standards and are of reliable quality.
