1. The equipment must be operated by designated personnel; unauthorized or untrained individuals are prohibited from using it. Operators must be familiar with the machine's structure, performance characteristics, and operating procedures; those unfamiliar with the equipment must not start it without authorization.
2. Before starting the machine, inspect all components for proper condition and ensure all fasteners are secure.
3. Do not shear unannealed steel parts, cast iron parts, soft metal parts, excessively thin workpieces, workpieces shorter than 100 mm, or workpieces exceeding the length of the shear blades.
Select the appropriate operating mode-inching, semi-automatic, or fully automatic-based on the shape and dimensions of the material to be sheared. In fully automatic mode, strictly prohibit placing any part of the body into the clamping device or the shear blade operating area. When handling short, irregular, or slippery materials, prioritize the inching or semi-automatic modes and use specialized auxiliary tools; never hold or retrieve materials directly by hand.
4. During operation, keep the body away from the equipment's drive mechanisms and shear blades. Be mindful of the safety of surrounding personnel and guard against materials springing up and causing injury. Position the material as close to the inner part of the blades as possible during shearing. When shearing short pieces, do not feed the workpiece by hand; use clamps or tongs instead.
5. Operators must not leave their posts without authorization while the equipment is running. Disconnect the power supply upon completion of work or when leaving the post temporarily. Do not perform repairs or touch moving parts while the machine is in operation, and strictly prohibit pressing down on materials inside the feed hopper with hands or feet.
6. Lubricate all designated points at least once per shift, in accordance with requirements.
Use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system, ensuring it is strictly filtered before filling. Clean the oil tank and replace the oil every six months. Inspect and clean the oil tank filter annually. Immediately shut down the equipment if severe oil leakage or abnormal operation occurs; have professional personnel troubleshoot the issue, and strictly prohibit operating the equipment while it is malfunctioning.
