Industrial Metal Baler

A metal baler is a machine designed to compact various types of metal scrap-such as offcuts, steel and aluminum shavings, scrap steel, iron, copper, and aluminum, as well as car bodies and oil drums-for use in the recycling and metal smelting industries. It compresses these materials into standardized shapes (such as rectangular blocks or cylinders) suitable for storage, transport, and remelting. The equipment primarily consists of mechanical, control, feeding, and power systems.

It utilizes a hydraulic drive system to compress and shape the material. Operation modes include manual and automatic controls, and the unit requires no anchor bolts, making relocation convenient. Discharge methods include side-tipping, side-pushing, and front-pushing, with specifications ranging from 63 to 600 tons. The system enables automated control, reduces material volume, and lowers transportation costs.
