Shear force and blade length
The equipment's shear force covers 6 tons to 500 tons, and the working blade length covers various specifications such as 200mm to 1500mm. The 700mm and above blade models are particularly suitable for cutting and processing scrapped cars and large scrap steel, meeting the processing requirements of different material sizes.
Shear frequency and power system
Adopting advanced hydraulic transmission system, equipped with 3kW to 44kW main motor. Some high-end models are equipped with fast loop design, which can increase the cutting speed to 8-12 times per minute without increasing the motor power, significantly improving the output per unit time.
Automation level
The control system has high integration and supports three operating modes: jog, semi-automatic, and fully automatic. In fully automatic mode, the equipment can automatically complete the continuous cycle action of "pressing cutting lifting", effectively reducing manual intervention and improving the continuous operation capability of the production line.
