It adopts a heavy-duty scrap steel shearing sturdy welded open structure or integral cast steel body, with extremely strong rigidity, and can withstand long-term high-intensity continuous operation. Its short arm makes it difficult to handle the knife, with a wide mouth opening and multiple fixed and adjustable points for the knife holder, ensuring smooth cutting and high flexibility in adjustment.

Adopting full hydraulic drive, it has the characteristics of small size, light weight, low inertia, low noise, smooth operation, and is easy to achieve overload protection. The equipment can be installed without the need for foot screws, and diesel engines can be flexibly selected as power sources in areas without power supply.

The whole machine has both manual and automatic functions, and the operation and control are convenient and simple. Cutting can be started and stopped at any position during the work process, and the size of the cutting port can be controlled according to the size of the material being cut to achieve the highest work efficiency.

Adopting a plate chain material bin or automatic material pressing design, it achieves smooth feeding and effectively avoids the problem of material extrusion and bulging that is prone to occur in traditional feeding mechanisms.

The mid to high end models are equipped with PLC intelligent control system, which can achieve semi-automatic continuous operation and greatly reduce manual labor intensity; Simultaneously equipped with multiple safety protection devices such as infrared induction protection, emergency braking, overload protection, etc., supporting remote control start and stop, reducing the safety risks of operators working in close proximity.

During installation, carefully clean the locking area and use an indicator to measure the deviation of the blade in a 100mm long stroke, which should not exceed 1mm. It can be determined whether the installation is vertical by checking the status of the generated chips (if the chips flow in a filamentous manner to one side or the rounded corners of the blade wear out prematurely, it indicates that the blade is not installed correctly or subjected to uneven force).

Before use, it is necessary to check the fixing condition of each component, the tightness of the main machine belt, and the lubrication condition of the power machine. After starting up, it should idle for one or two minutes, check the wear of the blades, and confirm that there are no abnormalities before officially putting it into operation.

If there is high-frequency noise in the overflow valve, it is usually caused by air vibration caused by high-frequency oscillation of the pressure in the front chamber of the pilot valve. It is necessary to check whether air is mixed in the oil and form air pockets, and promptly exhaust or replace the oil.
