Core Working Principle and Structure of Packaging and Shearing Machine
The packaging shearing machine is driven by hydraulic pressure and consists of a body, compression chamber, door cover, hydraulic cylinder, shearing box, blades, and electrical control system. The standard workflow is as follows:
Pre compression and secondary compression
Scrap steel and other metals are placed in the material box, and the door cover is closed for pre compression; Subsequently, the lateral pressure cylinder advances and pushes the slider to perform secondary compression on the material, forming it in the compression chamber.
Pushing and cutting
When the waste is compressed to a predetermined degree, the pushing cylinder pushes the package out of the material box; At the same time, the shearing cylinder pushes the high-strength wear-resistant alloy blade downwards, cutting the package into the specified size.
Cycle operation
The blade returns upward, and the pushing cylinder continues to move forward, repeating this process until all the blocks in the material box are cut.
