High Compression Ratio and Dense Forming
Adopting three-way compression or dual main compression technology, the side pressure and main pressure work together to ensure that there are no gaps inside the copper chips/copper tube packaging blocks, and the packaging density can reach 1.8-2.5 t/m ³ (depending on the shape of the copper material).
High density packaging blocks can significantly reduce the transportation cost of a single ton of logistics, while reducing oxidation losses during smelting and increasing furnace feeding speed and metal recovery rate.
The contact surfaces of the material box and pressure head are lined with high wear-resistant alloy plates or subjected to high-frequency quenching treatment, with a hardness of HRC ≥ 55, significantly extending the replacement cycle of vulnerable parts and reducing unplanned downtime.
